Terms of cooperation
Location:
The head office of Luxe Retail is located in Moscow. Partner companies and maintenance centers operate in the regions of Russia.
Territorial coverage:
Russia, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Ukraine, Belarus, Moldova, the Baltic States.
Minimum order:
There is no minimum order amount. The company works with individual boutiques and stores, as well as with large retail chains, both with Russian and foreign brands. Depending on the volume of purchased software and hardware, discounts are possible.
Delivery:
Delivery of cash register equipment is carried out by transport companies, pickup from the Luxe Retail warehouse in Moscow is also possible.
The software can be delivered both remotely and with the departure of Luxe Retail employees to retail outlets for the installation of systems, integration with existing systems of the retailer, connection of equipment.
If necessary, the company's employees can accompany the opening of your new stores (presence at the outlet throughout the first day of work, assistance to sellers and cashiers in working with programs and cash registers).
Training:
For employees of retail companies, training is organized on how to work correctly with information systems, programs, and cash register equipment. The training is conducted in groups at the own Luxe Retail training center in Moscow.
Updating programs and systems:
Software updates of Luxe Retail are released regularly (at least twice a year). In each case, the retailer is notified of updates and new opportunities that the trading business receives.
