"Thermopol" supported textile projects of students from Ivanovo

The best projects of the Championship of Technological business solutions with textile companies have received development certificates from the project «Nonwovens factories «Thermopol».

The championship was held for several months in Ivanovo State Polytechnic University. The championship was held with the participation of the companies «Shuisky chintz», Stellini and «Thermopol», TM Holofiber®.

Student teams presented ready-made prototypes and models of products, technological maps, economic calculations and business models. Students' developments were oriented by partner companies to the creative and real consumer sector, teachers controlled the quality of tasks and compliance with training programs.

Two winning projects are included in the long-term project support program Holofiber®.

As reported by the head of the Department of Science and Innovation of IVSPU, Associate Professor, Ph.D. Natalia Chistyakova, the championship caused a lot of responses, it turned out a great feedback: education-business-production-science. Such a constructive dialogue led to the emergence of new views on products and the development of technological traditions of the textile and light industry.

Currently, detailed information about the projects due to their economic and commercial attractiveness is not disclosed. For the first time, information about fresh ideas born in the textile capital will be published for the autumn Federal Textile Fair "Tekstillegprom" (Moscow) and for the scientific symposium Smartex-2019 (Ivanovo) with a demonstration of prototypes of laureate products.
