Holofiber – insulation No. 1 in Russia
The participants of the exhibition«Tekstillegprom» presented their products at the XII All-Russian competition, which is held under the auspices of the "Soyuzexpertiza" and the National Association of Textile and Light Industry Enterprises. At once three developments of the Moscow plant "Thermopol" were awarded the awardSign No. 1 «Made in Russia»: innovative nonwovens Xallofiber® THERMO, Holofiber® CARBO and Holofiber® PRO MICRO S.
The peculiarity of the nomination for the competition this year was the versatility, the presence of added properties, the versatility of products and materials, the possibility of their use as "dual-use products". Products belonging to the category smart textile reached the final of the selection of light industry innovations. According to the Minister of Industry and Trade Denis Manturov, the smart industry satisfies the needs of many other industries. And among the products presented for the competition, Holofiber, of course, reflects the idea of polyfunctionality best of all, since it is used for the production of clothing, for the thermal insulation of buildings, for hydroponic bases, and for the adhesive collection of oily contaminants.
"Due to the total development of innovative technologies in the light industry, materials Holofiber of a new type are becoming widespread in home textiles, and in interior technologies, and in construction, and in the PPE sector in general, in the next steps of the industry, already focused on promising technical textiles, or, as it is also called, "fossil textiles", created from our priceless bowels, from hydrocarbon raw materials,"said Vladislav Ivanov, Project Development Director "Thermopol".
The main feature of the self-regulating heat-insulating non-woven material THERMO consists in the transformation of the absorption moisture accumulated in the underdress microspace in the form of steam into "dissipated heat", which later accumulates in the layer of clothing, forming the most comfortable and safe temperature and humidity environment between thermal insulation and human skin.
Thermal insulation nonwoven fabric with the highest arc resistance CARBON fiber – this is a workwear insulation for deep minus with protection functions from exposure to open flames and thermal risks of an electric arc. The material does not spread flames, does not melt, has no residual gorenje or smoldering, does not form through holes.
Thermal insulation nonwovens with the use of 0.11 tex microfibre in the formulation mixture PROFI MICRO S have become a continuation of the long-standing tradition of balanced use of microfibre in the products of the plant "Thermopol".
Competitive innovations have aroused considerable industry interest. According to the Department of Investment and Industrial Policy of Moscow, the exhibition "Tekstillegprom" was attended by 2,000 organizations from 29 countries, and in total it was visited by over 30,000 industry specialists.
