Marking with AKFA is convenient!

AKFA provides labeling services for clothing and footwear, actively participating in the mandatory labeling system of goods in Russia. Since 2018, AKFA has been one of the first logistics companies included in the labeling project and has a wealth of experience and a deep understanding of the process.

Own software solution AKFA Connect: The program allows you to integrate with the customer's accounting system, supporting work in four languages – Russian, Chinese, English and Turkish. This minimizes errors and simplifies interaction with international suppliers.

AKFA provides integration of internal accounting with CRPT services, licensed 1C, online sales registers and reading equipment. This allows you to store all information about the cargo in one account and automatically duplicate the data into the necessary systems and catalogs.

The AKFA Connect program offers 13 label sizes that meet the requirements The Customs Regulations of the Customs Union. Labels may contain a barcode, an image of the product or the manufacturer's logo, and the wording must match the customs declaration and quality documents, which AKFA guarantees.

Full integration and technical support:

  • Obtaining an enhanced electronic signature.
  • Installation of the necessary information security tools.
  • Registration in the GIS MT and signing contracts with the CRPT.
  • Updating online sales registers and concluding contracts with EDI (electronic document management) operators.

Labelled labels are printed directly at the factory, which eliminates the need to ship them from Russia and reduces costs.

ACFA specialists work with clients online, helping to manage contracts, finances and the labeling process in real time.

AKFA's approach and experience make it possible to ensure compliance with legal requirements, improve logistics processes and minimize the financial and time costs associated with mandatory labeling.
